Hi- Just a comment. I love the weight tracker, but I wish it were in lesser intervals than 20 pounds. Even losing 5 pounds which is significant, looks like almost nothing on the tracker. =(

I have MS and really want to exercise. What can I do that will not make me so tired and put me out for a couple of days?
