Strong weekend registration numbers have put us over the 100,000 participants mark! As of today, our community is 101,288 strong and counting. Thanks to all of you who have taken The Challenge and are contributing to the cause. Special thanks to those of you who've encouraged others to join you. Since joining the challenge I have lost a total of 331bs. I happy that 2 of my high blood pressure medications have been discontinued,I am hopeful that the last one will also be discontinued..... and my type 2 diabetes has significantly improved. I will be off the medication soon maybe another 10 1bs. I just want to encourage somebody today....if I can do it so can you!!! I have approximately 45lbs. left to go...........I know I can do it...we can do it.....

Initially I was apprehensive about the challenge, but now I'm extremely motivated because I'm seeing the results of loosing 4 pounds. I think we get caught up in loosing the pounds and over looking the inches. I'm happy to say that I can feel the difference in my clothes. They key is continue to stay motivated especially in the winter, we tend to hybernate and eat more. I wish all participating great success with the challenge.

This is a great event because it makes everyone aware of the importance of staying healthy and in shape. As a personal trainer this is music to my ears.

This is my first day of the challenge. I am so happy and I hope this gives me the motivation I need to accomplish my goals.
