I really enjoyed having this event in Cleveland. I look forward to reaching my goal weight. I often am told i do not need to lose weight, but it is about how I feel exhausted when I climb steps or go on walks. I feel I am out of shape and could shed about 10lbs. So I hope people understand it is not just aboout losing weight but getting in shape and staying around longer

I just won't to let Dr. Ian and fellow fit for life members know that it's been hard, but worth it following a better way of life by exercise and eating better. I still have a long way to go, but I am confident this time that I will succeed in my life change goal to better my life. I encourage all to keep up the good work and please don't get discouraged. Everyday is a new day so if you fall off one day just pick yourself up the next and continue to improve your life.
