Hello, Dr.Ian
I heard you today 7/12/2007 on the Tom Joyner show. I would like to becaome a sucess story for myself. I have struggled with my weight since 1994 when I was dignosed with Sarcordosis.
Once I began taking the prescibed steroids the weight never came off. I prescribe 60mg per day. Beginning weight was 118 and I ended up weighing as much as 172. My back hurts because I am carrying to much weight. I try to eat the right things but that doesn't always work. I walk all the time.I really need your help in motivating me to become a healthier person. I have been on the Tom Joyner cruises and will not cruise again until I get some of this weight off me. I love me I just need some help. THANKS!

I heard Smith on the Tom Joyner Morning Show this morning speaking on the Everday Fit Challenge coming soon. I am very interested in being selected for this program. I am as cute as they come;however, I am over 100lbs overweight for my height. This has been an issue all my life. I am a single parent raising an awesome son who is very athletic. I am ready for the challenge!!!!!!Let me help you motivate America to get fit.

I was listening to the Tom Joyner Morning Show this morning and you told of an upcoming show "Fit Club" that was for ordinary people. Sounds something like the Biggest Loser. How would i go about submitting a request to be considered. I'm not motivated and once in the past when my mind is in the right place I'm like Nike and I just do it. I need a little help.
Thanks
Melanie
