I've been on my diet and workout plan now for approximately 16 days and I,ve lost 9lbs. I feel really great and feel like I've lost more. My goal was to lose 22 lbs and im almost half way through. It's not easy nor fun but when i began to get back into my old clothes I appreciate the dedication and hard work. Family if you need motivation you are on the right web site.

This 50 million pound challenge is just what I needed to get myself in gear.I have been way over wieght since I got pregnant with my twins I gained 70 pounds and never lost it.Iam happily married so if it was not a problem for him it was not a problem for me.But the thing that gets me is shopping not finding anything in clothes that fits my personality. I refuse to be covered from head to toe just because I am fat. Hey Iam too old to be a hoochie momma and let it all hang out but something in the middle of that would be just fine.I know Iam not the only one that has been in a store looking for an outfit and cant find anything in your size and when you finnaly do find it you go try it on and you look a hot mess in it. Thats all it takes for me. A state of depression followed by not going to that event that I needed an outfit for and of course lots of bad choices in food make it even worse. When I saw the challenge on BET I said I was gonna Join along with my people and lose whatever I can. My goal is not to be like what I see in the magazines but to be a healthier me.Since I started on the 26th of June I wasnt really trying, but just the small effort of not eating when Iam not hungry and not eating after 6 pm no sodas and no sweets.Today I really surprized myself when I stepped on the scale, and saw that I was 11 pounds lighter, it has motivated me to do more, try just a little harder so I can see better results. Thanks 50million pound challenge for opening my eyes and getting my butt in gear.
