It's so easy to say I will just pick something up for a fast food place when traveling.
Being a traveller myself, I have found myself in such predicaments...It wasn't until I learned to read labels more and watch my salt and sugar content would I think twice about picking something up quickly. That has helped me tremendously. And fast food spots are now starting to offer better options...Take McDonalds for instance; instead of having a calorie filled meal, you can opt to have the fruit and salad and a less loaded carb and protein choice. A little change can go a long way.

I would say you can still eat healthy when you travel one doesn't have to eat fast foods or bad foods just because one travels a lot. You could still have a healthy breakfast like fruits and cereal and things from many places, just as quick as eating a sausage sandwich from your favorite burger joint.
Best regards,
Brian Baxter

I traveled for 8 years as a meeting and event planner... not cooking, constantly eating out. The key is to eat out healthy.... Dark green vegetable; Control your portions; Avoid fried foods; Drink plenty of water.

Is there any advice on how to eat when your job involves at least 70 - 80% travel?
