Kelay:

I started the challenge on my birthday June 29th at 223pounds. As of September 20th I am at 195.8 pounds. I understand why the name of this fight is the challenge because it has truly been a challenge for me. I can do anything I set my mind to and my goal weight is to be 145 pounds by my 31st birthday in June 2008. Keep focused and pass on your new knowledge.

Beatrice Rembert:

I started the challenge on 8/25/2007 and have lost 5lbs. In 1997, I weighed 135lbs and was an aerobic instructor, I allowed everything to get in the way of exercise and last year on my birthday I weighed in at 170lbs. On December 15th (my birthday) my goal is to be 140lbs, and I am well on my way. Stay encouraged everyone as we work the weight off!
