FIRST OFF I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU TO DR IAN FOR HELPING US TO BECOME MORE MINDFUL OF OUR HEALTH .I STARTED THIS PROGRAM ABOUT 10 WEEKS AGO AT 250.5 LBS NOW I'M DOWN 30 LBS I EAT ABOUT 1200-1500 CALORIES A DAY AND I EXCERISE ABOUT 6 DAYS A WEEK. I HAVE ALOT MORE WEIGHT TO GO BUT I TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME.
