I'm interested in sample menus that will help enhance the Challenge. I've just made a copy of the booklet for three other ladies in the office and we plan to do it as a group. Any assistance that you can give regarding menus will be helpful since we work in an accounting office and have to go out for lunch at times.
Any assistance you give will be greatly appreciated.

Hello, all well this has been a great challenge for me. I've been registered for at least 3 or 4 months and just have entered an up date I was serious but was ashame. and I could take care of every one but me I can and could accomplish every thing but but doing the ultimate for me that is to loose weight. But now I'm here and I'm here to stay for 50lbs. I'm currently weighing 250 I'm 6ft tall I want to be a healthy 200. I a 100% veterine I got out on a honorable single parent discharge after 13 years and 1 day. when I got out I was that 200lbs and fit. I got pregnate with my daughter which is now three. I gained 117 with her that took me to 317 before delivery. I had pre a clampcia(sp) borderline gestational diabeties high blood presure. To me my pregnancy was great but to the doctor (DR, Louis of Metroplex Hospital in Killeen TX)
he didn't know if we were going to make it I was gaining 10lbs a week. I don't right now have high blood preasuer or dieabetes or any other thing that relates to obese black women(I'm considered obese at 250 and 6ft tall) but now my daughter will be 4 in December and I'm still running in to people that knew me in the Army but don't reconize who I am with all this extra weight on me. so now I take a stand to do something about it. It is hard to write this to people I don't know and I don't know if people I know will see this. This puts you under a microscope and brings about skeptisism. but I'm ready for all of that I want to loose 50lbs and get back to my fighting weight(meaning stepping into a room of other lovely ladies and knowing that I have just decreased their chances for the next good looking man to approach them)well I'll be blogging and up dating soon. To all of you new challengers take care an shake those haters off they wish they they can be decicated like you and disicipline like you. this is what i sing to my self when i try to pick up that chocolate and cake and cookies and that cup of sugar and acid water I sing to my self this ( this is from my AIT a group of us made it up and I just rewrote it for me) here it it

I am so glad that I started the 50 million pound. I started doing yoga and pilates and it feels great. I am now at the weight I want to be; 140 pounds.

A good idea for breakfast
2 boiled eggwhites sliced
2 wheat toast
1 slice canadian bacon
1 slice 2% american cheese
spray both toast with I can't believe it's butter spray-place all together and put it on your George Foreman grill or use a nonstick skillet, now you have a low fat ham/cheese/egg sandwich.
