I learned about Dr. Ian from TV, I also work for my Uncle who is State Farm agent. After getting the info from him I figured i'd give it a shot.

My husband is deployed right now for the next 5 months. After having a baby last June I took this as a time to refocus on myself and try to lose the weight.
I have joined a gym and in 2 months I have lost 16 pounds and 9 inches. I still have a long way to go (as u can tell by my picture) and I had to LEARN TO LIKE water but IT REALLY DOES help. Also I drink green tea 4 times a week.
My strategy is if you go work out and look at how many calories you have burned, then when you come home and want that pizza or hamburger or peice of cake-THINK ABOUT THIS-How hard did you just work to burn all those calories that you are about to put back into your body. This really helps me to push the food away and really think about what I eat. Also I DO NOT eat anything exept water after 7pm.
