We want to hear from you, and other Challengers do too...
The best way for us to get through this Challenge together is to learn from each other. So, we added a new feature to the site called 'Poll', and you'll find it on the right-hand side of of the blog homepage.
The questions on the poll will examine different aspects of healthy living -- motivation, tips, what works and what doesn't work, etc.
You'll see how other Challengers answer the questions as well, so you can see how you compare or pick up some advice along the way!

I just joined today. I haven't figured all the site options yet, but I heard about this site from watching " The Bonnie Hunt show" I was so glad to hear that this is a free service since I have tried to join others and they all want a monthly fee. I have fibromyalgia, depression,anxiety, migraines and severe panic attacks. I have had no luck in just starting a diet on my own and have been plagued with alot of medical problems due to any exertion but, I have tried to at least walk everyday. I have a gym membership and don't follow through with it. I also have had aproblem with just general diets, I can't seem to keep up with one for very long because of the foods that you have to eat. I love the fact that I can get a plan emailed to me everyday, that is going to be a big help. I am hoping that I can at least start a diet and exercise routine that I can follow through with and not get frustrated because I feel like it isn't working. It sounds like everyone enjoys this program and I am sure that I will to!

I don't know why it's taken me so long to join especially when my daugther gave me the cd and guide after visiting a concert in Atlanta last year but never the less i started May 08 296lbs and now im at 264 today.. The blogs and Dr. Ian tips are great.

I just voted ! and I am very proud to say that through reading the blogs and reading Dr. Ian Tips in addition to the hard work I put in, I have lost over 30 pounds. Reading the featured challenge stories are very encouraging and motivating it only takes a few minutes to read. I look and say to myself if they can do it so can I. I pray and wish everyone the best on their way to becoming healthier and happier.
