I like the idea of walking all day at work with a treadmill desk like the TrekDesk I saw at http://www.trekdesk.com. It just makes sense and I cannot wait to start walking while I work.

I am looking forward to getting started with this diet plan. I am now 165 lbs and it is about to drive me crazy. I would love to take off inches on my waist along with other areas. Please help me by outlining a good diet plan along with meals and snacks. Thanks for everything.

When you login, look under the header 30-day meal plan, then click, "See Today's Meals"
Then choose your start date (even if it's today) and click "save my settings." Once that's done, you'll see:
Print 30-day Meal Plan
Print Weekly Shopping List
Change Meal Plan Settings
Healthy Snach List.
I hope this helps.

I am a new memeber and I plan on losing at least 40lbs by May. I know that I will stick with it but I am here for support. I think that to my fiance' I'm not overweight, he thinks that i look good no matter what, but I want to feel good within myself. I want to look the way that i did before I had our son. It's time for me to stop saying that this is just baby fat, I am ready for a renewed and confident me. Thanks so much for this support. I'm going to come back every week with great news about my success. I wish everyone the best of luck in all their goals and achievements.

I am looking forward to starting 2009 out on the good foot!!!!!! My main problem is cravings and I allow them to over power me. I get my exercise cause I do alot of walking at work. I work as a CNA at an assisted living facility. I also allow my inner thoughts to over power me also that gives into my cravings.

I really need some encouragement. I always make a great start and some how get off track and completely lose the desire. I know I can do it because I have done it in the past. My main problem is sticking with it. I think with some devine intervention and support from you guys out there I will be able to for once complete the task at hand. I openly welcome any support and postive feedback and also suggestions on how to make it happen

The planner and shopping list are great but the menu is not practical. Many items require one serving but food is not sold in that manner. I would suggest that a meal plan be put together that takes in consideration the economy of eating healthy and the financial restrictions that some of us face. I want to do the challenge but cannot afford to based on the meal plan please provide suggestions.
Thanks
