The planner and shopping list are great but the menu is not practical. Many items require one serving but food is not sold in that manner. I would suggest that a meal plan be put together that takes in consideration the economy of eating healthy and the financial restrictions that some of us face. I want to do the challenge but cannot afford to based on the meal plan please provide suggestions.

This website has already had a great deal of helpful information and the tools and the 30 day meal plan just adds to that .
