I would like to loose about 45 lbs, but find it difficlut to stay with exercising for very long. I also find it difficult to eat the right foods. I do not eat junk food but what I eat doesn't appear to help my weight lost in any way. I only eat meats and vegetables and I am not a big eater. I suppose the fact that I do not drink a lot of water can be my downfall. Please help me I am desperate.
Thanks
Jannie

Good Morning Pastor Sapp,
When I saw you had a team my heart immediately felt joy. I was so excited to see my favorite gospel artist on this journey with me. I have teamed up with the Praise Dancers from my church, Blessed Hope MB Church in St. Louis and we are determined to get our temples in shape. We meet 3 times a week and start our practice with prayer, walking as a team and then a 2 hour practice. We are proud of you and we look forward to joining you in this weight loss challenge. Keep up the good work and the great music and ministry that you are in.

This is the life that God wants US to live. To be healthy and whole in his word. We should EAT to live NOT live to EAT! Become active to keep our mind exhilirated, refreshed, and renewed. Exercise is key along with LOVING you for the best you God intended for you to be! Congratulations Pastor Sapp, I am right behind you! Again, THIS IS THE LIFE!

Good afternoon,
I'm just starting the challenge and would like to know how i should space out the meals during the day. My day usually starts at 7am and ends about 2 am due to school and work. My goal is to lose about 75 to 80 pds. my real proplem is excercise, i work a seven hr. shift and have to do a patrol every hour which takes ten min.including walk up and down a total of 8 flights of stairs during that 10 min. the weight is not comming off. do you have any suggestions. thanks in advance.

Congratulations Pastor Sapp on your weight loss and your decision to become a healthier person for yourself, family and congregation.
I Corinthians 6:19 reminds us that our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and that we are not our own and that we must glorify God in our body and spirit which belongs to Him. I have been a part of the challenge for 2 years now and it has truly been a blessing in my life. I have lost 48 pounds since I started and through my being an example I have encouraged others. I wish you continued success and may God continue to Bless you, your family and your Ministry.
I can't sign off without letting you know how your music has blessed my life over the YEARS....
Love and Blessings
